Reservation and payment policy
- When making the reservation of the apartment, they must make the payment of 30% of the total reservation.
- The remaining 70% of the total of your reservation will be paid within 14 days of your arrival.
Cancellation policy
- If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival, you will not have to pay the remaining 70% of the amount of your reservation.
- If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival, you will have to pay the total amount of your reservation.
